Ted M. Yeiser, Jr. is a founding partner of the firm. Since 1976, he has represented employers on a nationwide basis in labor and employment law matters.  In more recent years, he has expanded the focus of his practice to include the education law arena.

He is a frequent speaker at seminars on matters related to the focus areas of his practice, having addressed more recently issues such as: Maintenance of Union-Free Status; The Evolution of Unionism and Labor Law in America; Workplace Investigations; Collective Bargaining in the Education Setting; and Open Meetings and Public Records Act Requirements.

He is the author of How To Decertify A Union and the co-author of What Every Union-Free Supervisor Should Know About Unions.  He is a former contributor to The Developing Labor Law.

He is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at Memphis State University.  He is a member of the Memphis, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations and the Labor and Employment Law Sections of each.  He is also a member of the Council of School Attorneys.
