As an employment attorney at Jackson, Shields, Yeiser, Holt, Owen & Bryant, Nathan focuses on wage and hour issues, with an emphasis on collective and class litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and claims analysis. He also handles all manner of small business and organizational concerns including commercial landlord tenant disputes, commercial property management issues, debt collection, and contract litigation.
Nathan is admitted to the federal courts of the Western District of Tennessee, Middle District of Tennessee, Eastern District of Tennessee, and Colorado District Court. He is also admitted to practice in all Tennessee state courts. Nathan is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and the University of California, Irvine. He received his J.D. from the University of Memphis, Humphreys School of Law.
